This Week: Two New Exhibits at Pacific Art League

This local treasure is free. Remember to visit the transitional location.

An eclectic display of paintings, sculptures, photography and printing will go on display this week at the Pacific Art League of Palo Alto (PAL). The creations are the work of PAL members and will be on display thru the end of the month.

An opening reception for the Annual Member’s Exhibition will be held on Friday, Jan.
10, from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. Enjoy music and refreshments as you view the beautiful art.

Also new this week in the Glass Gallery is the work of Pakistani Artists. According to PAL, “In the last decade, Pakistan has
seen an unprecedented boom in the field of art, which has resulted in the
number of art galleries growing by tenfold. Many of the artists make simple
abstract scenes by their clever representation of people and animals to show
the struggles and hardships of day to day life.”
