Dan Brown's Lounge & Sports

Flag as Inappropriate

Dan Brown (the local business owner, not the popular writer) took over this location in 2004 and created a relaxing neighborhood hangout that's really three bars in one. The front cocktail lounge has a lounge lizard vibe, with low lighting, old photos of jazz greats and a curved bar that sends drinks flying from one end of the room to the other. The middle sports bar keeps customers entertained with three pool tables, pinball, Pac Man and major sports on four large-screen TVs. If the sports and lounge areas aren't enough to keep you busy, grab a chair on the patio and catch a whiff of Lucky's Smoking BBQ. With a menu of homemade slow-roasted pulled pork, brisket, slaw, beans, mac and cheese and potato salad, you may never leave. Don't forget to stop by on Thursday nights for karaoke, Friday nights for hip-hop music and Saturday nights to listen to DJs spin 80s hits.
