Palo Alto Police Activity Causes Caltrain Delays

The situation has resolved but trains are delayed up to 23 minutes.

Police activity in Palo Alto has caused Caltrain delays Wednesday morning, a Caltrain spokeswoman said.

"For a brief period this morning, train traffic through the city of Palo Alto was suspended due to police activity," Caltrain spokeswoman Christine Dunn said.

She said the situation has been resolved, but that three southbound trains are experiencing residual delays of up to 23 minutes.
